These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and neon54 ("neon54", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the neon54 website located at https://neon54.cam and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer services, promotional programmes, and customer support functions.

By registering an account, accessing the neon54 platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplemental rules, game-specific terms, and promotional conditions referenced herein. neon54 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player may register and operate a maximum of one (1) neon54 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same identity, device, payment method, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, neon54 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances without notice.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. neon54 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share account access with any third party. You agree to notify neon54 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. neon54 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain reasonable account security.

4.4 KYC Verification

neon54 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent, dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (front-of-card image, e-wallet screenshot, or equivalent)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by neon54 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of suspected fraud, permanent account closure.

neon54 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the deposit interface.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment source owned and registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• neon54 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges. neon54 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
• Deposits are credited to your account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
• neon54 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals are available to players who have (i) completed KYC verification, (ii) met all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds, and (iii) maintained their account in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following processing time targets:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically 5–30 minutes
• FPX / DuitNow bank transfer: Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours
• Direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 30 minutes to 4 hours

Processing time targets are indicative. Actual processing times may vary due to network conditions, additional verification requirements, or circumstances beyond neon54's reasonable control. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account, subject to neon54's prevailing withdrawal policy.

6.1 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the withdrawal interface. Players at higher loyalty tiers (Silver, Gold VIP) are eligible for increased withdrawal limits in accordance with the neon54 Loyalty Programme terms.

neon54 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin credits, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published with each individual promotion.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM 100 bonus requires total wagers of RM 1,000 before cashout. Specific multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

7.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. As a general guideline: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%; sports betting wagers may contribute at a separate rate. 7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified for each promotion. Unexpired, unmet bonus balances are forfeited upon expiry. Typical validity windows range from 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus activation.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

neon54 reserves the right to void bonuses, associated winnings, and to close accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: exploitation of technical errors, use of prohibited betting patterns, collusion between accounts, and any activity that neon54 reasonably determines to be contrary to the intended purpose of a promotion.

All bets placed on neon54 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market as displayed within the platform. In cases of conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player, except where neon54 exercises its rights under these Terms.
• neon54 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets resulting from system errors, incorrect odds display, or pricing errors. Players will be notified and the staked amount refunded where a void is applied.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a live game session, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server's recorded result. neon54 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all games and markets. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game type, bet type, and player account tier.
• neon54 reserves the right to limit individual player bet sizes at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide specific reasons, where it deems such action necessary to manage risk.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment instruments, or misrepresenting your identity in any manner.
• Money laundering: Using neon54 as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial crime.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting promotion terms contrary to their intended purpose, or engaging in coordinated bonus-harvesting schemes.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated live casino play.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to neon54's systems, reverse-engineer any platform component, or interfere with the integrity of any game or betting market.
• Underage gambling: Registering an account or placing wagers while under the age of 21.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions for financial gain.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, neon54 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals, and report the matter to appropriate authorities where legally required.

All content on the neon54 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and game content — is the property of neon54 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

neon54 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any platform component
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software associated with the platform
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Any unauthorised use of neon54 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neon54 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the neon54 platform.

neon54's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your neon54 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

neon54 does not warrant that: (i) the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (ii) any defects will be corrected; or (iii) the platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

neon54 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms
• A player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to neon54
• A player has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme
• A player's account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. neon54 is not obligated to return funds where the account closure results from a proven breach of these Terms by the player.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which neon54 holds its primary operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is that of the international licensing authority under which neon54 operates at the relevant time.

16.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and neon54, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. neon54 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes informally within ten (10) business days of receiving a written complaint.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution mechanism. Players retain the right to escalate unresolved disputes to the licensing authority's player complaint body.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
